Monthly Performance
In December 2024, Honda Cars India sold 5,603 units, reflecting a 35% growth compared to 4,153 units in December 2023. This robust performance added to the company’s overall yearly growth.
A Look Back at 2023
In 2023, Honda Cars India sold 1,10,143 units, including 84,289 units in the domestic market and 25,854 units in exports. Domestic sales in December 2023 stood at 7,902 units, while exports were at 3,749 units.

Kunal Behl, Vice President of Marketing & Sales at Honda Cars India Ltd., commented on the company’s performance, stating, “2024 was a mixed year for the industry. While domestic demand posed challenges, we achieved our highest-ever export figures, driven by the Honda Elevate. This remarkable 20% growth underscores India’s growing importance as a global manufacturing hub for Honda.”
He further added, “The recent launch of the all-new third-generation Amaze has received an excellent response, and we anticipate accelerated deliveries in the coming year. With our refreshed lineup and commitment to the Indian market, we are optimistic about a successful 2025.”
